Timothy S. Blattel

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Twin Oaks, I’ve been honored to help shape communities where people truly feel at home. With over 40 years in senior living and development, I’ve had the privilege of overseeing countless projects that bring both care and comfort to our residents. Creating the Villas at Twin Oaks has been one of my proudest achievements, blending decades of experience with a deep passion for people. I love bringing individuals together in beautiful, comfortable surroundings where neighbors become friends and care runs deep. Every new project is a chance to build something lasting—not just in brick and mortar, but in the lives we touch. Being part of the Villas family fills me with pride, and I’m grateful to play a role in helping others feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Jill Ruggeri

Villa Sales and Admissions Coordinator

I’ve worn many hats over the years—from accounting supervisor to restaurant owner, to admissions director—but the common thread has always been people. With over a decade of experience at Twin Oaks and a background that blends business, hospitality, and heart, I bring a unique perspective to the Villas. At the Villas, I get to help residents and families find a place they truly belong, and that brings me so much joy. Whether I’m helping someone build their dream home or simply supporting them through life’s transitions, I feel honored to walk alongside them. I love the vibrant community we’re creating here—it’s full of heart, laughter, and genuine connection. My faith and family are everything to me, and working in a place that feels like an extension of both is a blessing.

Melodie Shocklee

Interior Design Coordinator

Design has been my passion for over 30 years, and now I’m lucky enough to bring that passion home. I’ve worked with clients and fellow designers in both residential and commercial spaces, and I now use that experience to help bring warmth, comfort, and beauty to every corner of the Villas. As the Interior Designer for Twin Oaks, I get to create beautiful, comfortable spaces where residents feel relaxed, safe, and truly at peace. What makes this work even more special is that I’m doing it alongside my own family—being a daughter, sister, aunt, and mom within the Twin Oaks family means so much to me. I love knowing that every design choice contributes to a warm, welcoming environment where people can thrive. Helping shape the Villas community is both a creative and personal joy.

Tom Ohrman

Superintendent of Construction

I’ve been in construction since 1976, and there’s nothing more satisfying than watching a home rise from the ground up. With over four decades of experience in projects ranging from hospitals and daycares to custom homes and medical buildings, I’ve had the opportunity to lead construction from the first blueprint to the final nail. Working on the Villas at Twin Oaks has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my career. I love knowing that every beam and board helps build a space where someone will live, laugh, and feel at home. It’s especially rewarding to do this work alongside my family—three generations of builders, now including my son-in-law. At the end of the day, it’s all about people, and I’m proud to help create something that brings so much comfort and care to others.

Dan Bauer

Construction Manager

With more than 40 years in construction and operations, including decades managing large-scale projects and logistics, I know what it takes to bring a vision to life—and I love every minute of it. From running maintenance operations at Twin Oaks to managing excavating crews and equipment scheduling, I’ve built a career on getting things done right. The Villas at Twin Oaks represent more than just well-built homes; they’re about building community, comfort, and connection. I take pride in making sure every detail is just right, so our residents feel safe and cared for from day one. It’s incredibly fulfilling to work in a place where quality and heart go hand in hand. Being part of the Twin Oaks family—and helping expand this vibrant community—means the world to me.
